The challenge

Agency clients usually learn about progress through status emails and screenshots, and their feedback arrives as long messages about “the button on the second page”. We wanted every client to see the real product while it is being built, and to point at exactly what should change.

What we built

A client portal and admin console built on Next.js and Supabase. Each project gets a live tunnel to its development build, shown inside the portal with health and latency checks. Clients switch between desktop, tablet and mobile views, drop pins on the page to comment, and report bugs by severity. Our team manages status, progress, preview links and billing from the admin console.
