The brief we set

Coaching centres get the same questions all day — fees, timings, which batch — and many arrive late in the evening when nobody is at the desk. We wanted an assistant that answers at once and hands over real leads in the morning.

Our approach

Quick-reply buttons for common questions, free typing for everything else, and a short flow that collects a name, phone number and batch for a free demo class. Every lead appears in the front-desk view next to the chat.
