— Money

Your currency,
clear taxes.

  • Quotes and invoices in USD, EUR, GBP, AED or INR.
  • Three milestone payments: 50% to start, 30% at the development milestone, 20% before handover.
  • Payment by international bank transfer, or another method named in your proposal.
  • No Indian GST on services exported to you; local taxes on imported services are yours.
  • If you must withhold tax, we provide our tax residency certificate so you can apply your country’s tax treaty with India.
— Contracts

Protected,
in writing.

  • You own the code and designs made for you once they are paid for.
  • We sign your NDA before you share anything sensitive.
  • Contracts in English, signed online.
  • Online arbitration for clients outside India, enforceable in most countries under the New York Convention.
  • GDPR data processing terms, with standard contractual clauses, for EU and UK clients. Read our Terms for clients outside India.

— Questions

What clients abroad
ask us.

Who owns the code?
You do, once the project is paid for — the code, designs and other deliverables made for you. It lives in a repository in your name, with every account in your name.
How do we pay?
In three milestone payments — 50% to start, 30% when development is approved, 20% before handover — by international bank transfer or another method named in your proposal, in your currency.
Do you charge Indian GST?
No. Services for clients outside India are exports, so Indian GST is not charged where the law treats them as such. Taxes in your own country on services bought from abroad are yours to account for.
Can you sign our NDA or contract?
Yes. We are happy to sign your NDA before you share details, and to review your contract alongside our standard terms.
What if something goes wrong?
We fix defects in our work during the support period, and our contract offers online arbitration for clients outside India, with awards enforceable in most countries under the New York Convention.
