Nila Family ClinicClinic appointment booking.
Appointment booking for a family clinic — pick a service, a doctor and a time in four calm steps.
Concept project. Designed and built by Stackovation with sample data to show how we work. Nila Family Clinic is not a real business, and no real orders, bookings or payments are made in the demo.

Made for
Clinics, dentists, physiotherapists and salons — any business that books people into time slots.
The brief we set
People book a doctor when they are already stressed. The goal was a booking flow with no dead ends, no jargon and no account required to see available times.
Our approach
A four-step flow with one decision per step, doctors filtered by the service you picked, and unavailable slots shown but disabled — so patients always see the real picture.
Minimal style.
On purpose.
Quiet, calm and spacious. Thin lines, one soft accent colour and nothing on screen that a worried patient has to think about.

What a real
version adds.
The demo shows the design and the main flow with sample data. For a real business, we build it on a proper backend with logins, an admin panel and the parts below.
- Doctor calendars that block real slots
- SMS and WhatsApp reminders before each visit
- Pay in advance online, or at the clinic
- A reception screen for the day’s queue
- Patient history and prescriptions
- Google Calendar sync for doctors
