Stackovation
Concept 07 — Enterprise style

ThreadlineBuyer order-tracking portal.

A portal for a knitwear exporter’s overseas buyers — log in and see every order’s production stage, documents and ship date without emailing anyone.

Concept project. Designed and built by Stackovation with sample data to show how we work. Threadline is not a real business, and no real orders, bookings or payments are made in the demo.

Made for

Garment, textile and other exporters whose buyers keep asking “where is my order?”

The brief we set

Buyers abroad spend their week chasing factories for updates, and merchandisers spend theirs answering. We set out to replace most of those emails with one page the buyer can check any time.

Our approach

Every order follows the real production line — yarn, knitting, dyeing, cutting and stitching, quality check, packing and shipping. The factory moves an order to the next stage in one click, and the buyer’s view and email update at the same moment.

— Design system

Enterprise style.
On purpose.

Navy and white, calm tables and status colours that mean the same thing everywhere. Made for buyers who check fifty orders before lunch.

— From concept to real product

What a real
version adds.

The demo shows the design and the main flow with sample data. For a real business, we build it on a proper backend with logins, an admin panel and the parts below.

  • A separate login for each buyer company
  • Stage updates from the factory floor on a phone
  • Photos and quality reports on each stage
  • Automatic emails to buyers
  • Delay alerts with a new expected date
  • Order status export to Excel
